H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Junior Database Developer to support the Littoral Combat Ship Squadron TWO (LCSRON TWO) in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves providing database support for all databases within the environment.

The responsibilities include:

Designing and creating databases for metrics analysis and web-based systems (Microsoft Access, SharePoint, SQL, or similar).

Providing database subject matter expertise.

Collaborating with other Subject Matter Experts.

Developing reports, graphs, and charts to evaluate data collection and analysis, including trends and performance metrics.

Designing tools, processes, metrics, and reports to meet business needs.

Conveying complex analysis through visual methods like graphs and tables.

Performing database administration, design, and SQL programming.

Managing SQL Server databases, troubleshooting, planning, testing, and executing backup and recovery strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent military or commercial experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in database development, business analysis, MS Access, SharePoint, MS Office, SQL, VBA, HTML, and Security+ CE.

Desired Qualifications:

MTA:
Database Fundamentals Certification.
MCSA: SQL Server 2012 or higher.

Clearance: Must have a DoD Final Secret Security Clearance.
