Required:

1 - 3 years of desktop support or hands-on IT experience.
Basic knowledge of:
- Windows and/or macOS
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, One Drive)
- PC hardware and peripherals
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Desktop Support Associate will provide basic desktop support and assist with office move activities, including the setup, relocation, and validation of computers, peripherals, and collaboration/AV equipment.
End-User Support
- Provide desk-side support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support users during workstation setup and moves
- Deliver strong customer service and clear communication
Move / Deployment Support (Primary Focus)
- Disconnect, label, transport, and reconnect IT equipment
- Set up workstations (monitors, docks, keyboards, mice, etc.)
- Validate connectivity and user readiness post-move
- Assist with inventory tracking and asset coordination
- Ensure setups meet company standards and configurations
Collaboration & AV Support
Assist with setup and basic troubleshooting of:
- Conference room systems (Teams Rooms, displays)
- Cameras, microphones, and speakers
- Validate meeting room functionality after installation
- Escalate complex AV issues as needed
Operational Tasks
- Update tasks and track work activity as required
- Maintain inventory accuracy for devices and peripherals
- Support IMAC activities (installs, moves, adds, changes)
