We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Website Administrator to join our team. The Website Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and visually appealing. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update the company website on a regular basis, including creating and editing content, adding new features, and ensuring all information is accurate and current
Monitor website traffic and user engagement to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversions
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and SEO
Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix any technical issues or bugs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience to continuously improve the website
Monitor website performance and make necessary improvements to enhance user experience and increase website speed and efficiency
Manage and maintain website security, including regular backups and updates
Train and support staff on website maintenance and best practices
Work with external vendors and contractors as needed to support website development and maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in website administration or web development
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java Script
Experience with content management systems, such as Word Press or Drupal
Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus
