Getronics is seeking a Field Services PC Technician (L1) to perform onsite repair and installation tasks for desktops, laptops, tablets for commercial and residential clients in Jacksonville, FL. You will troubleshoot hardware, install and configure systems, ensure SLAs are met, and document calls.
Basic OS/hardware knowledge and customer communication skills are essential; 6–12 months of deskside support experience is a plus.
