APV is seeking a Senior HR Systems Integration Lead to support the Department of Homeland Security in migrating enterprise HR systems to a modernized platform. You will own integration work streams across discovery, mapping, interface design, migration, and post-go-live support.
The role requires deep knowledge of federal HR data flows, secure data movement, and privacy/cybersecurity compliance. You will mentor specialists and coordinate with OCIO, vendors, and HR partners in a fully remote setup.
