We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI for our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Creation:
Develop Google Ads campaigns from scratch, focusing on both lead generation and e-commerce.
2. Optimization:
Continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns for clients in diverse niches to achieve the best performance.
3. Ad Copy Development:
Craft compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
4. Conversion Rate Optimization:
Enhance landing pages to increase conversion rates.
5. Tracking & Attribution:
Implement and manage proper conversion tracking and attribution methods.
Qualifications:
1.
Experience:
5-8+ years of experience in running Google Ads campaigns.
2. Campaign Setup:
Proven track record of setting up 200+ Google Ads campaigns from scratch.
3. Campaign Management:
Extensive experience in managing 200+ Google Ads campaigns.
4. Lead Generation:
Deep expertise in working with lead generation clients.
Tools / Software Knowledge:
1. Google Ads
2. Microsoft Ads
3. Call Rail
4. Go High Level
5. Google Analytics
6. Google Business Profiles
Compensation:
Rate: $8 - $15/hr, based on experience.
Payment Frequency:
Weekly for the first month, then bi-weekly.
Schedule:
Part-time with potential to move to full-time.
Hours:
9am - 1pm Pacific Time.
Technical Requirements
- Equipment:
Reliable computer with high-speed internet access. - Software:
Must have access to necessary software tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.). - Communication:
Ability to use video conferencing tools for meetings (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). - Workspace:
