This is a hybrid position based in Jacksonville, Florida, requiring three days per week in the office and offering the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

This role is with one of the software businesses within the Andromeda Operating Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. (CSI). The business is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions for the mortgage and financial services industry, delivering technology that helps lenders and financial institutions streamline operations, improve efficiency, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

• Partner directly with clients to understand complex business and technology challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Analyze workflows, systems, and data to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved user experience.
• Define product and system requirements, working closely with engineering and delivery teams to bring solutions to life.
• Evaluate the impact of changes across systems, processes, and user experiences, and recommend scalable, best‑practice approaches.
• Contribute to testing strategy (system, integration, and user acceptance) to ensure solutions meet business needs and maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate in client engagements, including workshops, demonstrations, and working sessions while building strong client relationships.
• Help develop training materials and support client adoption of new capabilities.
• Work on high‑impact initiatives across multiple platforms, gaining exposure to enterprise‑scale systems and strategic decision‑making.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Salary Range:
The estimated base salary range for this role is USD $63,000.00 – USD $77,000.00 per year. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience, and expertise.
