What You’ll Do
As an Implementation Coordinator, you’ll support the post‑sale onboarding experience for Humanly’s enterprise and mid‑market customers. You’ll work alongside Implementation Managers to keep projects organized, on track, and moving toward go‑live—owning the details that make implementations feel smooth and predictable. You’re a strong communicator, highly organized, and energized by helping customers and internal teams coordinate effectively.
Implementation Support & CoordinationSupport end-to-end implementations from kickoff through go‑live by coordinating tasks, timelines, and stakeholders
Schedule and help facilitate discovery sessions, working sessions, trainings, and status updates
Maintain implementation project plans, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and next steps are clearly documented
Track action items and follow‑ups so nothing falls through the cracks
Support the team by configuring Humanly’s platform (AI Recruiter, AI Interviewer, Talent CRM, ATS integrations) to match customer workflows, under guidance from Implementation Managers
Support integration setup activities (ATS/HRIS/job boards) by following documented steps, collecting required inputs, and validating readiness
Help validate field mappings and data flows by organizing customer requirements and coordinating testing steps
Escalate and document issues clearly when something isn’t working as expected
Provide clear, friendly customer communication about schedules, next steps, and required information
Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and document configuration decisions and handoff details for Customer Success
Partner closely with Implementation Managers, Customer Success, and (when needed) Product/Engineering to keep customers moving forward
Contribute to improving internal implementation playbooks, templates, and documentation as the team scales
Strong organizational and project tracking skills; you enjoy keeping plans and details clean and current
Experience at a tech company or other sophisticated work environment (Internship OK)
Comfortable working with technical concepts (integrations, data mapping, workflows) even if you’re not the person building everything
Excellent written and verbal communication; you can keep customers informed without creating confusion
Able to manage multiple projects at once with competing priorities
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment where processes are still being built
Available to work onsite at our Bellevue, WA headquarters 4 days per week
A genuine passion for helping customers achieve success
1+ years of experience in customer operations, implementation coordination, project coordination, or customer success (SaaS preferred)
Exposure to HR tech (ATS, HRIS, HCM) such as UKG, ADP, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or similar
Experience supporting integrations, field mapping, or implementation checklists
Background working with high‑volume or frontline hiring environments (retail, QSR, healthcare, logistics)
Experience in a startup or scale‑up environment where you’ve helped build process and documentation
Ramp on Humanly’s platform, integrations, and implementation methodology. Shadow active implementations and build relationships with CS, product, and engineering. :
Days 1–30Support 2–3 active client implementations under guidance. Run meeting logistics, keep plans updated, and begin handling customer coordination independently. :
Days 31–60Support a broader implementation portfolio with confidence—driving timelines forward, keeping stakeholders aligned, and helping customers go live smoothly with minimal escalations. :
Days 61–90
