Blue Water Thinking is seeking a Data Governance / Data Manager to establish and maintain enterprise‑level data management practices for the VA OAA Data Management Center, working toward Level 4–5 CMMI maturity.
You will standardize data definitions, identify authoritative sources, and manage metadata across SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI, SharePoint and Power Apps, ensuring VA security and ATO compliance and supporting audits.
