CMMC Analyst

Description

We are seeking a CMMC Compliance Specialist to support cybersecurity compliance initiatives for a growing organization. This role will work closely with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to maintain compliance with regulatory and industry security frameworks while helping prepare for audits and assessments.

Responsibilities

+ Support CMMC and cybersecurity compliance efforts.

+ Assist with security documentation, policies, and procedures.

+ Conduct compliance reviews and identify control gaps.

+ Track remediation activities and compliance milestones.

+ Partner with technical teams to implement required security controls.

+ Support internal and external audits.

+ Create reports and communicate compliance status to stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications

+

Experience with CMMC, NIST 800-171, or similar security frameworks.

+ Background in cybersecurity, governance, risk, or compliance.

+ Experience supporting audits, assessments, or regulatory compliance initiatives.

+ Strong documentation and communication skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

+ Experience in a regulated or security-focused environment.

+ Exposure to DFARS, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, or related frameworks.

+ Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
