Business Application Manager

Responsibilities

• Leads the ongoing operations of the Epic Scheduling team.
• Maintains a strong understanding of organizational access goals, operational workflows, and clinical scheduling needs.
• Leads day-to-day operations of the Epic Scheduling team, balancing multiple priorities across support, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Translates strategic access and operational priorities into system capabilities.
• Serves as a technical subject matter expert in Epic scheduling applications.
• Manages team capacity and resource allocation across a high volume of operational and strategic work.
• Coordinates and executes work across cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership on Epic scheduling design, configuration, and integrations.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of analyst level experience supporting healthcare systems, including user software support or business department applications support required.
• Epic certification required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to work with multi-departmental teams and peers.
• Strong software and application knowledge with base knowledge of relevant technologies and operating systems. Experience with the design, development and implementation of new technical architectures.

Demonstrates expertise in Epic Scheduling applications and operational workflows, with a strong focus on managing team capacity and cross-functional collaboration. Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into system capabilities while leading a high-performing team in a healthcare environment.
