Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Strong exposure to large enterprise implementations
- Establish standards, patterns, and best practices across Service Now modules
- Define data models, workflows, integrations, and automation strategies
- Work directly with stakeholders to:
- Understand business requirements
- Convert them into scalable Service Now solutions
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 8+ years of hands‑on Service Now experience
- Proven experience in an Architect role
- Key Service Now Modules
- ITSM
- ITOM
- CSM / TSM
- HRSD
- Sec Ops
- CMDB & Discovery
- Service Now configuration and customization
- JavaScript, Glide APIs (client & server-side)
- End-to-end implementations and integrations
- Client-facing communication experience
- Service Now best practices and security
- CSA / CIS / CAD / CTA certifications preferred
