• Strong exposure to large enterprise implementations
• Establish standards, patterns, and best practices across Service Now modules
• Define data models, workflows, integrations, and automation strategies
• Work directly with stakeholders to:
• Understand business requirements
• Convert them into scalable Service Now solutions

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 8+ years of hands‑on Service Now experience
• Proven experience in an Architect role
• Key Service Now Modules
• ITSM
• ITOM
• CSM / TSM
• HRSD
• Sec Ops
• CMDB & Discovery
• Service Now configuration and customization
• JavaScript, Glide APIs (client & server-side)
• End-to-end implementations and integrations
• Client-facing communication experience
• Service Now best practices and security
• CSA / CIS / CAD / CTA certifications preferred
