IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Provide technical support to staff for all computer, software, and network related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and applications
• Train staff on new hardware and software as needed
• Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software
• Collaborate with IT team to develop and implement new technology solutions
• Communicate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
• Document and maintain IT procedures and processes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or related field
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
