HDR is seeking a strategic data governance leader embedded in the Water Business Group to shape how Water data is defined, shared, and used across programs. You will build standards, drive consensus, and enable projects with reliable data definitions and governance practices.
You will lead a network of data stewards, collaborate with Enterprise Data teams, and promote responsible data use while aligning initiatives with HDR’s values and employee-owned culture. This role is based in Omaha, NE.
