Job Title

Work Style: Onsite Location: Jacksonville, FL Schedule: Monday – Friday
Analyzes application requirements and designing solutions to improve system functionality. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and test software applications, troubleshooting issues to maintain optimal performance, and documenting processes for user reference. Supports end-users through training and inquiry resolution, monitors application performance, and recommends efficiency improvements. Coordinates with vendors for software updates and assisting in the development and execution of deployment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze application requirements and design solutions to improve system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and test software applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues to maintain optimal system performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user reference materials.
- Provide end-user training, support, and timely resolution of application inquiries.
- Monitor application performance and recommend process and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors on software updates, upgrades, and deployment activities.
- Assist with application deployments, system enhancements, and ongoing optimization.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of experience analyzing, implementing, configuring, and supporting IT applications.
- Experience with software implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and application performance monitoring.
- Experience coordinating with vendors on software updates, upgrades, and deployments.
- Strong end-user support, training, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of application security, system integrity, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
