Role Overview We are seeking a Service Technician to provide IT service delivery, including IMAC, break/fix, and deskside support. This role involves coordinating with end-users, performing troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments on client assets. The position is an entry point to develop technical and customer service skills for growth into more challenging field services roles.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide IT service delivery (IMAC, Break Fix, Desk side Support) according to established policies and procedures.
* Coordinate with end-users to manage expectations and schedule service activities.
* Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments and repairs on assets in campus and remote locations.
* Identify potential issues that could adversely impact the end-user experience and follow through on resolution steps.
* Strive to meet all service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
* Escalate issues impacting end-users or site operations to the appropriate site lead.
* Follow predefined procedures and tasks for everyday activities.
* Provide support for clinical applications within a clinical work environment.

Required Qualifications

* Experience:

** A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in servicing and deploying computer equipment in a corporate environment is required. Candidates must possess a background in IT hardware support and proven customer service skills, including conflict resolution.
** Technical

Skills:

** Knowledge of the Windows operating system environment is necessary. The candidate must be able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts.
** Citizenship:
** U.S. Person status is required for this position.

** This role requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and to stand or be on your feet for most of the day.
