M365 Service Delivery Lead (FL)
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a M365 Service Delivery Lead (FL) to join their team. As a M365 Service Delivery Lead (FL), you will be part of the Service Design & Delivery department supporting enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:
Jacksonville, FL
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive) implementation, migration, or remediation projects.
- Lead complex enterprise technology initiatives, including planning, risk management, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management, including RAID logs and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure high-quality delivery with a focus on user experience, security, and compliance controls.
- Proven experience leading Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive) projects or equivalent regulated messaging services.
- 7-10+ years managing complex enterprise technology programs, including planning and stakeholder management.
- Strong skills in Jira, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as banking or financial services is preferred.
