Job Overview

Completes chargeback audits, reports, and claim subrogation within required time frames. Responsible for managing agent subrogation email and for the review of agent disputes within the required timeframe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manages agent subrogation inbox on a daily basis
  • First point of contact for agent information requests and subrogation disputes
  • Completes chargeback audits, reports, and claim subrogation within required time frames
  • Updates claims system with rebuttal status within 2 business days of receipt
  • Responds to agents with rebuttal results within required time frames
  • Makes necessary changes in the claims system according to agent rebuttal results
  • Assists with answering claims department workgroup calls during scheduled time
  • Cross‑trains as necessary
  • Available to work overtime as required

  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Military and/or transportation industries experience preferred
  • Experience in a multi‑dimensional role where customer contact is both written and verbal
  • Aptitude for working under deadlines and within specific time frames
  • Self‑motivated; works with urgency
Education and Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; two to three years of experience in customer service and administrative work. Prior experience in the moving industry preferred, or a combination of education and experience.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications such as move management, accounting/billing, HRIS, timekeeping, and other applications used in the performance of job duties.

Physical Requirements

Stand under 1/3 of the time, walk under 1/3 of the time, sit over 2/3 of the time. Use hands to finger, handle, or feel over 2/3 of the time; reach with hands and arms 1/3 to 2/3 of the time. Occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds.
