SI Hold Co, LLC is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist I to join the Help Desk team. You will assist end users with technology needs, set up and support workstations, phones, printers, and applications, and help manage IT assets.
The role requires at least 2 years in desktop support with Windows 10/11, experience with phone-based assistance, and willingness to work on-call and some weekends. A valid driver's license is needed.
