Job Description:

Coordinate end to end implementation and testing of new business processes and scheduling with customers. Support of existing business processes by monitoring system activities. Define and document integration business process requirements. Managing incidents, change requests related to business process deployments. Maintain customer/vendor relationships for further enhancement of integrations. Conducted detailed walkthrough of business requirement and functional requirement. Follow SDLC to track, document and complete projects in a timely manner.

Facilitate daily status update meetings to align with the team on project requirements and day to day tasks. Analyze and document business requirements, processes and communicating. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business area and continually review how that business function interacts with the other business functions that form the entire business process. Identify internal and external system requirements, design and configuration set-up, and create user documentation.

Manage all the requirements effectively and made them available to all team members. Create and update business requirement documents and functional requirement documents. Act as liaison between the business units, QA and the technology teams. Participate in code reviews, system testing and UAT followed by production verification. Co-ordinate with the quality assurance team to validate different releases. Post production testing and support.
