Oracle Functional Analyst – Inventory & Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, specifically in Inventory and Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical and functional subject matter expert, supporting business transformation initiatives and optimizing our Oracle Cloud environments. Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Fusion Inventory and Procurement modules to meet business requirements
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Oracle Cloud functionality
• Lead functional design workshops and develop detailed solution designs for new implementations and enhancements
• Create and execute test plans, test scripts, and conduct user acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Inventory and Procurement modules
• Provide post-implementation support and training to end users
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Oracle and other business systems
• Create and maintain system documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates and new features to maximize system capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion applications
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Inventory and Procurement modules including Item Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Purchasing, and Supplier Portal
• Experience with the full implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
• Working knowledge of Oracle integration tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimization using Oracle Cloud capabilities
• Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement processes, and supply chain operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and develop practical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud certification(s) in relevant modules
• Experience with additional Oracle modules such as Order Management, Manufacturing, or Fixed Assets
• Knowledge of Agile implementation methodologies
