Project Manager – Public, Top Secret Clearance, Some Travel

• Lead projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate executive-level communications, status reporting, and steering committee meetings
• Build partnerships with clients, delivery teams, vendors, and business leaders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Coordinate project resources and support capacity planning and resource allocation
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Maintain issue and action logs and ensure deliverable quality
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned activities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology and/or business transformation initiatives
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms
• Public sector experience
• Ability to travel onsite as required
