FIS is seeking a Senior Manager to own and operationalize the Compliance AI technology and data strategy across the 2nd line Corporate Compliance function. You will liaison with cross-functional AI teams, set standards for AI tools, and design agentic workflows to enhance monitoring, processes, and reporting.
You will lead the Compliance data and systems Testing & Monitoring program, drive KPIs, and collaborate with executives to align technology with regulatory expectations.
