The Customer Support Intern is a part-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL. This intern will assist in responding to customer inquiries, documenting issues, and providing timely, accurate information to support client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members, and maintaining clear records in support systems. The role also involves collaborating with the cybersecurity and IT teams to understand services, following established procedures, and contributing to a consistent, professional customer experience.
Qualifications- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction abilities.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Foundational Technical Support skills and interest in learning cybersecurity and IT concepts.
- Analytical Skills for identifying issues, interpreting information, and assisting in problem resolution.
- Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville, FL and manage part-time hours reliably.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic proficiency with computers, office software, and ticketing or CRM tools is beneficial.
- Current enrollment in or completion of studies in IT, cybersecurity, business, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
