Digital Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain digital pathology imaging systems at client sites
• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on hardware and software
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and imaging performance issues
• Train healthcare staff on proper system use, workflows, and best practices
• Document service activities, reports, and configuration changes accurately
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and implement fixes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, safety, and data security standards
• Provide timely, professional on-site and remote customer support
• Assist with system upgrades, validation, and integration with lab/IT systems
• Contribute feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement
