Vista Defense Technologies, LLC is seeking a Virtual Health Systems Administration and Support to join our Jacksonville, FL IT team. You will install, upgrade, monitor, and document VH platform hardware and software, and serve as the central POC for VH health clinics’ IT needs.
Responsibilities include applying STIGs, maintaining SOPs, organizing staff training, managing MDM and Apple platforms, and handling Service Now tickets and VH web updates. Travel may be required to support clinics.
