IT Support

Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support to end users in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and experience supporting Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

+ Provide desktop and laptop support for end users

+ Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Office 365 issues

+ Support hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices

+ Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory

+ Install, configure, and deploy workstations and software

+ Document issues and resolutions within the ticketing system

+ Escalate complex technical issues when necessary

Requirements

Requirements

+ 2+ years of IT support experience

+ Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365

+ Active Directory administration experience

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Preferred

+ CompTIA A+ certification

+

Experience with Service Now, SCCM, or Intune

+ Experience supporting enterprise environments
