Overview
- Frameworks e.g. –
JSF, Spring, Hibernate, My Batis - Messaging systems (Web Sphere MQ)
- SQL / PL SQL or similar query language for DB2, Oracle
- Experience of tools like –
Eclipse,RAD, TOAD, SVN, Clearcase, Checkstyle etc. - Unit testing frameworks – like use of Mockito, NG etc.
- Creation and maintenance of database objects e.g. Procedures, Packages, Triggers, Constraints
- Healthcare / Insurance domain knowledge
- Concepts of using Agile Methodology
- Generic Managerial Skills :
- Leading and Mentoring both Onsite and Offshore
- Creating Project Plan and Track status
- Handling Customer communications and Management reporting
- Experience in Health Care (preferable)
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
