For our client, we are seeking a Principal Technology Business Management Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.
This role will shape technology business management and IT financial management practices that bring greater transparency to enterprise spend and investment decisions.
The individual will partner with leaders across technology, finance, and operations to strengthen governance, improve cost visibility, and support value realization across AI, cloud, and digital initiatives.
The position will also provide executive-level reporting and insights that help guide portfolio performance and strategic investment accountability.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,160 – $182,000 annually
Responsibilities- Lead the Technology Business Management and IT Financial Management strategy and governance framework.
- Develop methodologies for cost transparency and investment accountability.
- Establish governance processes for enterprise technology investments.
- Quantify and validate benefits realization and value management programs.
- Monitor performance of technology and transformation investment portfolios.
- Drive financial management capabilities for AI, cloud, and digital portfolios.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights on investments.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, healthcare administration, or information systems;
Master's preferred. - 10+ years of experience in Technology Business Management, financial management, or strategic planning.
- Proven experience in governance and investment management.
- Strong skills in developing business cases and return on investment methodologies.
- Expertise in technology cost structures and cloud economics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Preferred experience in the healthcare industry and with financial management platforms such as Apptio or Power BI.
