• Sell Personal Lines insurance through a consultative, needs-based approach
• Educate clients on coverage options including Auto, Home, and related products
• Build and manage a book of business with a focus on retention and renewals
• Consistently meet and exceed goals for quotes, new business, and client retention
• Leverage agency systems and support to stay focused on selling and servicing clients

• Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license (required)
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with team support
• Coachable, growth-oriented, and eager to continue developing your skills
• Ability to understand coverage details and explain them clearly to clients
