Health Insurance Sales Representative​/Agent

This can be a full-time, part time or seasonal role for a Health Insurance Sales Representative/Agent. The position involves selling health insurance products to clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and assisting them through the purchasing process. You will engage with customers, build relationships, explain products and services, and help them make informed decisions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client records, servicing your clients, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on insurance policies and guidelines.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and overall Sales strategies and techniques
• Strong understanding of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
• Exceptional Customer Service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly and empathetically
• Experience in meeting sales goals and working in a performance-driven environment
• Valid health insurance license or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe
• Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
