General Liability Attorney (Civil Litigation)

A boutique civil litigation practice is seeking an experienced Attorney to join its General Liability team. This role provides hands‑on exposure to complex insurance defense and civil litigation matters within a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

You'll handle a broad range of civil litigation and insurance defense cases, including medical negligence, premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, and general liability claims.

• Manage general liability and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and case reports
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate closely with clients and litigation teams

• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Insurance defense and/or trial experience preferred
• Strong legal writing, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
