Attorney

Vaco is hiring for an Attorney role here in Jacksonville. Direct Hire, Onsite. Salary: /yr.

• Draft, review, and advise clients on comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Provide strategic estate planning guidance tailored to individual, family, and business needs.
• Counsel clients on asset protection, tax planning, and wealth transfer strategies.
• Assist with probate administration, including filings, court appearances, and communication with beneficiaries (preferred).
• Support guardianship matters, including preparation of pleadings, court filings, and ongoing case management (preferred).
• Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and ethical standards.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients on sensitive and complex matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Estate planning experience required
  , including drafting and advising on core estate planning documents.
• Probate and guardianship experience preferred

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
