Weldon Law Group is a leading Immigration law firm with more than 18 years of experience delivering superior results to our valued clients.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead the daily operations of our firm and continue our record of excellence. This is NOT an office manager role: we are seeking an accomplished Operations Leader who has a demonstrated record of success in the delivery of professional services.

Yes, our preference is that you have experience in a Law firm or other professional service industry, but more importantly, that you can organize People, Processes, and Technology to efficiently deliver our services.

This position is based in our Jacksonville, FL, office.

• You're an experienced law firm Operations Leader who knows how to manage legal service delivery by building and directing a customer-focused team.
• Or, you're a proven Operations Leader with no law firm experience, but you've managed other professional services firms and know how to get things done.
• You want to do work that really matters.

• Provide a resume AND a cover letter. We don't need a novel-length cover letter, just proof that you know how to elevate and sustain the performance of a professional services firm.

• Leading the delivery of all administrative functions for the firm:
  Marketing, Sales, Production, Systems, and Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Designing and implementing operating processes and procedures that deliver superior service and results to clients.
• Building a data-driven firm, managed by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing a top-performing team.
• Overseeing the Firm’s Case Management, Contact Management, and Document Management operations.

• You've got at least 2 years of Operations Leadership experience, preferably in a law firm - or even better - an Immigration law firm.
• You have a record of success delivering Operational Excellence by leading people, processes, and technology.
• You're a proven motivator who brings out the best in the team and specializes in managing a remote workforce.
• You're a strong project manager, able to break down long-term initiatives into specific deliverables that deliver results ON TIME.
• You know how to build trust fast and don't flinch at emotional conversations.
• You have emotional intelligence, not just hustle.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

$85,000 - $120,000 yearly base + bonus
