Presuit Attorney Consumer Protection & Identity Fraud

We’re hiring a presuit-focused attorney to lead client intake, draft and manage demand/dispute packages, supervise presuit staff, and drive early resolutions (settlements or cases ready to file). This is a client-facing, consultative role—no court appearances or litigation docket.

• Lead client intake and presuit strategy calls
• Draft persuasive demand/dispute letters for identity theft and credit reporting issues
• Supervise and mentor presuit paralegals and support staff
• Manage presuit client communications and documentation in the case management system
• Support settlement discussions and presuit resolution efforts
• Help improve presuit systems, workflows, and conversion outcomes
