We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join a growing, collaborative civil practice.

About the Role

• Contribute to case strategy and handle substantive drafting, research, and preparation.
• Participate in negotiations, hearings, and client communications.
• Manage a varied caseload with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Work in a hybrid schedule with flexibility based on caseload and firm needs.

What You Bring

• Active Florida Bar license.
• Around 2-5 years of solid litigation or related experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented practice.
