Paralegal

The ideal candidate will possess paralegal certification/degree, experience working in civil litigation, and be a self-starter. This candidate should feel comfortable communicating between various groups and keeping all documents assigned organized and saved.

Responsibilities

• Review, propound and respond to discovery
• Document and maintain case files
• Facilitate the meeting of civil litigation deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely responses
• Conduct legal research

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
• Experience in civil litigation with a history of capturing billable time
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
