Insurance Defense Attorney

This position is being filled immediately for an experienced associate attorney with a background in Civil Litigation, preferably Insurance Defense. All levels of experience will be considered.

• Represent clients in various Insurance Defense litigation matters
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for trials
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (senior level candidates will be highly considered)
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $120,000 - $190,000 per year.
