The Logistics Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating the end‑to‑end supply chain operations, managing inventory control and storage, and ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods. The role also involves implementing best practices in logistics, analyzing supply chain data for process improvement, and managing team performance to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications- Experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, and inventory control
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
- Knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and risk management in logistics
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in defense, aerospace, or manufacturing industries is a plus
