Manage receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, records management, warehousing, and storage of products;
Interact with suppliers regarding expediting, returns, and solving invoice/receipt problems;
Provide support for SCM - Logistics; handle high volume inquiries via phone, mail, and fax; coordinate with SCM personnel; assist with special projects;
Research/resolve problem transactions related to Invoices not Received and Received not Invoiced; research aged items on proof of delivery and shipping mode;
Assist with distribution of medical products and hazardous materials; use reports to ensure data integrity and identify delays; support compliance with policies and regulations
