The Catering Driver is responsible for assembling, delivering, and setting up catering orders at an off‑site location in a timely manner. They provide quality guest service in a fun, fast‑paced environment.

• Prepare food and other products for catering orders, following food safety procedures and ensuring product meets operational and brand standards.
• Package food for delivery to guest premises.
• Anticipate and identify delivery problems and help find solutions.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and ensure complete satisfaction with the order.
• Drive a clean, well‑maintained delivery vehicle, following all traffic laws and representing the Moe’s brand positively.
• Arrive punctually, wear correct uniform, and maintain a friendly smile.
• Demonstrate company values and perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Good guest service skills.
• Effective communication skills with multiple audiences.
• Excellent driving record.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Self‑disciplined and able to multi‑task.
• Ability to safely and courteously operate a motor vehicle.
• Adherence to company core values – Quality Way.

The employee must regularly communicate clearly, move, and remain in a stationary position while performing duties. Occasionally transport and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to detect, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, inspect, estimate, observe, and assess items and information in an office or restaurant environment.

Noise level is usually moderate.
