The Refreshments Operator II is responsible for ensuring that customers’ products are stocked appropriately. The operator maintains equipment, cleans, and informs customers of new offers. Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

• Unload and stock daily inventory at the customer site and monitor product freshness using date codes.
• Manage the ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at the client location.
• Communicate with customers about new product interests.
• Use a laptop to manage stocking PAR levels, product orders, and client invoicing.
• Perform repairs to best of ability.
• Call in orders and service calls to head office.
• Distribute promotional materials and merchandising the complete product line.
• Clean equipment and exchange decanters on each visit.
• Communicate with Route Sales Manager or General Manager about customer status, pending problems, or competitor presence.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers to project a favorable image of the company and products.

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong client interaction, communication, and organization/time management skills.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing demands.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Willingness to travel to other locations on short notice.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged walking and standing. Uniforms and/or personal protective equipment may also be required.
