Responsibilities

Enable end-to-end supply chain program execution across complex initiatives
Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex supply chain initiatives
Drive alignment and execution across teams to deliver project objectives
Develop processes for clear visibility into portfolio status
Collaborate with various departments for effective portfolio delivery

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; a technical degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management is preferred
6 to 8 years of relevant business experience
Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Product Management, Supply Chain disciplines, or R&D
Proven experience managing complex projects within a cross-functional environment
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience in large-scale program management and PMO frameworks
Proven ability to build alignment and influence without authority
Strong communication skills for executive presentations
Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments
