Mac Papers + Packaging in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Purchase Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage PO activity for a group of suppliers, supporting the PO lifecycle from placement to delivery and invoice resolution.
You will be the day-to-day contact for supplier PO activity, collaborate with buyers, accounts payable and suppliers, update PO data, track costs and variances, and help resolve invoice-to-PO issues to keep orders moving efficiently.
