Job Summary

A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to support capital, construction, and facility improvement projects within an active manufacturing plant in the Jacksonville, FL area. This onsite Project Manager role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who understands the complexity of delivering projects in a live production environment where safety, scheduling, cost control, and operational continuity are critical.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with plant operations, engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to deliver high-impact manufacturing projects from planning through execution. • Supervise, direct, and coordinate planning, design, and construction activities within an operating manufacturing facility.
• Manage capital and construction projects to ensure safe execution, schedule adherence, budget control, and alignment with plant objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between plant operations, engineering, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Support project integration with manufacturing processes, packaging systems, plant utilities, and facility infrastructure.
• Oversee safety management, quality management, contract administration, cost tracking, and project documentation.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders while supporting client relations and future project opportunities.

• Salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 per year.
• Primarily onsite at a manufacturing facility in the Jacksonville, FL area.
