Description
We’re looking for organized, proactive Construction Procurement Coordinators who take pride in keeping projects moving, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring materials are where they need to be when they need to be. Every purchasing decision contributes to delivering excellence on every project.

What You’ll Do:- Purchase construction materials, supplies, and equipment for active projects.
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor order status from placement through delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Compare pricing, availability, and lead times to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate material deliveries to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Resolve delivery issues, shortages, and discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain purchasing records, vendor information, and procurement reports.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure accurate documentation and invoicing.
- Previous purchasing, procurement, inventory, or construction coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and purchasing or ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
