Assistant Parts Manager
. This role is responsible for assisting the Parts and Service Manager with efficient operation and processes for the parts department.

Essential Job Functions

• This is a safety sensitive position
• Support daily parts department operations by assisting with retail sales and pricing, inventory control, stocking, and order fulfillment to ensure parts availability and accuracy. Coordinate parts ordering and receiving by working with vendors and internal systems to maintain appropriate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Assist in inventory management including cycle counts, stock organization, and monitoring discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure timely parts availability for repairs, installations, and customer orders.
• Maintain inventory organization and safety standards by ensuring parts are properly stored, labeled, and handled in accordance with laws and company policies.
• Work with the Service and Parts Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.
• Understand, stay up to date, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that impacts the Parts Department.
