Perform preventative maintenance and overall functionality of the wash tunnel and equipment room;
Oversee and repair all facility needs;
Perform weekly maintenance checklist to identify current and future maintenance issues;
Work in a timely manner to fix all issues to keep car wash is good working order;
Identify, manage, and order all needed parts for repairs;
Keep facility in proper working order by inspecting building and grounds.
