Riverside House, a senior high‑rise apartment building located in the Riverside area of Jacksonville, Florida, has a full‑time janitor position available. This role is responsible for general cleaning of all common areas and halls.
Essential Job Functions- Vacuum, dust, mop and dispose of trash from all common areas and halls.
- May involve cleaning individual apartments in preparation for renting to new tenants/residents.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Up to one month of related experience and/or training.
- Desirable: working with older adults, preferably a minimum of 6 months experience.
- Entry level
- Full‑time
