Job Responsibilities- Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
- Be responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and other common areas.
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move‑in by new residents and complete resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
